"NOT ONE MORE!"

.......... La Llorona

What is Project 14 trying to do?

Through archetypes, this website presents a scientific discovery process to find that dreamwork can help raise consciousness about The Dead Women of Juárez.

Participants: Eric J. Lindblom PhD, Harvard University, La Calchona, La Llorona, Kokopelli, Sandra Juarez, Nord, Rex, don Lautaro.

This project is a Scientific Discovery Process.

Described in clear terms, the Scientific Method describes several steps: hypothesis, method, data and results. http://dmoz.org/
What is Proyecto 14?

The Scientific Method describes the project:

1.) Hypothesis:

This website presents a scientific discovery process to find that dreamwork can help raise consciousness about The Dead Women of Juárez.

Why? "Your dreaming mind is probably your most neglected, but powerful, natural resource available to you. " Robert L. Van de Castle http://dreamtalk.hypermart.ne

©2005 Association for the Study of Dreams

2.) Method: In the intense interest of raising consciousness about women, several methods (i.e. Stanley Krippner, dream telepathy) are proposed in detail here on the various pages listed on The Navigation Bar at your left. Project 14 shall follow the algorithm proposed by Bela A. Banathy PhD of discovery, construction and systems methodologies.

(Banathy: La differencia que hace la differencia) http://www.concytec.gob.pe/ias/ladife.htm

3.) Data: Dreamwork Data is being gathered:

Even though Project 14 is in the discovery phase (of the Banathy discovery, construction and systems methods www.concytec.gob.pe ), dreamwork data is being gathered.

Click for data:

4.) Results: The data is leading to sharing with the community at large through publication and dialogue (including activism).

It is possible the extreme abuse of women is worldwide.

(See: The Dead Women of Guatemala and The Dead Women of Toluca pages on this website.)

Some Background Information:

What is an archetype?

"First of all, an archetype is a pattern: a primordial
psychic ordering of an image that has a collective or
generalized quality; it can be understood, therefore,
to derive from the collective transpersonal objective
psyche – rather than from the personal psyche. That is
one aspect of an archetype. The other aspect to which
we do not pay quite as much attention – but which
deserves emphasis – is that the archetype is a dynamic
energy: it is a living organism, a psychic organism
that inhabits the collective psyche. And the fact that
an archetype is both a pattern and an agency means
that any encounter with an archetype will have these
two aspects (Edinger 1999)."

How do archetypes manifest?

"Archetypes Dreams, visions, and often emerge through motifs or symbols of mythological nature or general human-history symbolism as well as behavior patterns." C. G. Jung Institute:Zurich

ψ Search and Discovery (Analysis)

Basic Theoretical Foundations & Theorists:

1.) The Scientific Method-- Karl Popper: critical rationalism wikipedia: "Sir Karl Raimund Popper, CH, FRS (July 28, 1902September 17, 1994), was an Austrian and British philosopher and a professor at the London School of Economics. He is counted among the most influential philosophers of science of the 20th century, and also wrote extensively on social and political philosophy. Popper is perhaps best known for repudiating the classical observationalist-inductivist account of scientific method by advancing empirical falsifiability as the criterion for distinguishing scientific theory from non-science; and for his vigorous defense of liberal democracy and the principles of social criticism which he took to make the flourishing of the "open society" possible."

2.) Pragmatism-- John Dewey: Pragmatism wikipedia: "John Dewey (October 20, 1859June 1, 1952) was an American philosopher, psychologist, and educational reformer, whose thought has been greatly influential in the United States and around the world. He is recognized as one of the founders of the philosophical school of Pragmatism (along with Charles Sanders Peirce and William James), a pioneer in functional psychology, and a leading representative of the progressive movement in U.S. education during the first half of the 20th century."

3.) Dreamwork-- Montague Ullman: dream sharing , Carl Jung wikipedia: "Montague Ullman, MD, (born 1916) is a psychiatrist and psychoanalyst who founded the Dream Laboratory at the Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York and for over three decades has been actively promoting public interest in dreams and dream sharing groups." See also: Jungian dreamwork: http://www.mythsdreamssymbols.com/ and for psychological types:  http://psychclassics.yorku.ca/Jung/types.htm

4.) Dreamwork-- Stanley Krippner: transpersonal psychology wikipedia: "A leader in the transpersonal psychology movement, he is the co-author of Extraordinary Dreams and - itor of Varieties of Anomalous Experience: Examining the Scientific Evidence and The Psychological Impact of War on Civilians: An International Perspective." See also: http://www.biopark.org/peru/ayahuasca-krippner.html, Casto Spirituality Scoring System,Van de Castle, Krippner, S., Bogzaran, F. & Percia de Carvalho, A. (2002). 5.) Systems Theory wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Systems_theory

"The basic tenet of a sociocultural approach to mind is that human mental
functioning is inherently situated in social interactional, cultural,
institutional, and historical context. "

Ernst von Glasersfeld *
